THE WRAY HOTEL in Fremantle WA is looking for qualified and experienced Hotel Manager to manage accommodation at The Wray Hotel.

Candidate must have at least one year experience as Hotel/ Motel Manager and must hold Diploma in hospitality.

Main tasks include:

  • Manage reservations, supervise room service and housekeeping activities
  • Manage hotel booking platforms like , Stayz, Airbnb, VRBO, Agoda, Wotif
  • Review customer service and liaise with guests
  • Monitoring and enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive service and feedback
  • Supervise food and beverage services
  • Check inventory and order supplies
  • Manage budgets, oversee purchasing and accounting, and implement revenue management strategies
  • prepare material for guests about local tourism information, and arrange tours and transportation
  • Manage security of hotel rooms and ensure guest safety
  • Ensure the hotel complies with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety, licensing, and liquor laws.

Salary Range: $74000-$80000

Must available for shiftwork & weekend.

Full time position
