The Royal Mail Hotel are excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual or couple to take on the managerial role at our busy hotel/motel, located in Meekatharra WA 6642.

As the on-site Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the hotel's daily operations, balancing administrative tasks with hands-on responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the hotel's operations, including bar, food service, and accommodation
  • Ensure full compliance with all Liquor Act regulations and licensing requirements
  • Manage staff, including rostering and team coordination
  • Lead bar and food service operations, including TAB facilities
  • Provide support across all areas during peak periods
  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness, presentation, and customer service
  • Offer leadership, support, and guidance to team members
  • Adapt to variable working hours, including evenings, weekends, and event periods

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills to engage with both staff and guests effectively
  • Adaptability and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • RSA Certificate
  • Approved Manager Certificate or willing to obtain one
  • TAB Compliance Certificate or willing to obtain one
