This is a wonderful opportunity for a mature, committed, team player who is looking to manage a portfolio end to end within a small, friendly PM team.

Duties include:

  • Preparing leases and lease renewals
  • Advertising and open inspections
  • Carrying out all inspections and providing reports
  • Tenant selection
  • Arranging maintenance
  • Attending Tribunal hearings when required
  • Arrears
  • Conducting appraisals and pursuing new business opportunities

Experience and skill required:

  • Applicants with Property Management experience and must have Current Registration
  • Familiar with software such as PropertyMe
  • Current South Australian drivers' licence

Excellent package of $75,000- $85,000 p.a + super + bonuses for the right candidate, commensurate on experience.
