We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who has a passion for providing great customer service and the desire to exceed expectations.

As a team administrator, you will provide a high level of administrative support to one of our award winning agents and their team. This is a unique opportunity to get your foot in the door of the real estate industry and gain experience from our high performing agent.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Organising and managing the administrative aspects of appraisal and sales process
- Liaising and managing relationships with external stakeholders during the property transaction
- Attending appointments at properties
- Diary management and appointment booking
- Providing a high level of customer service to valued clients

**Skills & Experience**
- High level of organisation
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail when completing or being handed tasks
- Professional phone manner and customer service
- High level of personal presentation

Training will be provided throughout all stages of your career, and new responsibilities will be introduced as the role evolves.

This position has the scope to grow within the office and our team, creating many possible pathways for your future.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
