This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane

Job Description

Join Montu's Organisational Development & Safety (OD&S) team as a Learning Partner. This role is primarily about ensuring the smooth coordination, administration, and delivery of clinical learning programs.

If you're highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy managing the systems and processes that keep learning programs running seamlessly, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee scheduling, communication, and logistics for training sessions and programs.

  • Coordinate clinical onboarding and learning pathways for nurses and clinical teams.

  • Manage learner groups, enrolments, and records in the LMS, ensuring accurate tracking and timely access.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to clinicians accessing learning content and systems.

  • Support the planning and rollout of healthcare compliance training.

  • Collate and maintain training documentation and resources.

  • Use data and reporting tools to track progress, monitor completion rates, and identify gaps.

  • Assist in managing learning projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

  • Partner with subject matter experts to update and maintain training materials.

Qualifications

We're looking for a proactive, clinically experienced learning professional who can operate at pace and deliver real impact.

Essential Experience and Qualifications: 

  • A current clinical qualification and AHPRA registration
    • Please ensure your AHPRA number is included with your application
  • Minimum 4 years of post-grad clinical experience
  • Experience in clinical education or training delivery (highly regarded)
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Confidence using Google Suite and learning systems (LMS)
  • Excellent communication skills and a learner-first mindset
  • Background in telehealth will be highly regarded
