Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage the full end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
  • Design and execute full recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Build a reputable business across a specific sector.
  • Develop and manage a defined client and candidate base.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Achieve individual sales activity targets and division revenue targets.
  • Build a strong local network and brand.
  • Initiate various sourcing methodologies to identify top talent.
  • Deliver a prestigious recruitment consultancy and service.
  • Be a trusted recruitment advisor.
