Redcape Hospitality is looking to recruit a passionate, people-centric hospitality professional to join the team at Eden Brewhouse as one of our Casual Bartender / Beverage Attendants. You would assist the Venue Leadership Team & your respective venue teams to successfully operate the hotel in a hands-on role in a FOH capacity.

Duties and Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to support the Venue Leadership Team with the day-to-day business operations. The key responsibilities for this role will include:

• Collaboratively working alongside or within various teams as we strive to offer an outstanding customer experience.
• Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
• Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
• Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours.

• Possess a current/valid RSA & RSG (Or willingness to obtain).
• Previous experience in the same or similar role(s) is preferred but not a mandatory requirement.
