Clinical Leader - Care Manager, Clinical Care Coordinator, Nurse Unit Manager and Facility Manager | 1-4 month ContractsExcellent clinical lead contract opportunities available for an experienced and flexible aged care leaders to oversee aged care facilities based in Regional and metro Victoria.

Supporting aged care organisations during periods of change, you will be backed by experienced teams while providing essential leadership where it's needed most. We are seeking genuine Aged Care Leaders who are passionate about redefining and driving a new era of aged care.

Effectively, efficiently and ethically manage a residential aged care facility, including staff, resources, and the day-to-day operations by leading, guiding, and supporting a team which provides high quality, resident focused care. Excellent opportunity to lead change management, implement key clinical processes, and drive continuous improvement across a dynamic aged care facility.

Our Requirements:

  • Experience in a previous clinical leadership role within a aged care facility
  • AHPRA registration
  • Knowledge of accreditation and the aged care standards
  • Experience leading large teams
  • Flexible to work away from home
  • Bonus: Experience in change management
