We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our established national sales team of five (5) and drive growth across Lindsay's refrigerated transport network. As a Senior Leader in the Group, you'll play a key role in redefining how we connect with customers and strengthen our national offering.

What we seek in you:

With deep roots in the fresh produce sector and strong capital investment in our Adelaide and Perth depots, we're opening the east-west corridor and creating huge opportunities for expansion. You'll bring proven sales leadership in refrigerated transport or grocery sector, hold a network that opens doors, and a proven ability to execute strategy into results. Minimum skills and experience include but not limited to: 

  • Proven and progressive sales and sales leadership experience, with demonstrated experience achieving sales growth.
  • Relevant related industry experience in transport, logistics produce and grocery sectors.
  • Highly motivated, with a strong desire to drive growth and progress your career.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a decentralised sales team.
  • Customer focused, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Sound commercial skills, including the ability to prepare accurate budgets, forecasts, quotes and customer contracts.
  • Relevant degree qualifications or trade background (preferred); and
  • Willing to travel regularly to connect with our national network.
