We're looking for a skilled
Program Officer
to join a high-performing team driving digital transformation across a government organisation. This role plays a key part in supporting project delivery, maintaining governance standards, and managing procurement and financial workflows.

Role Description

  • Coordinating activities across multiple digital projects and programs.
  • Monitoring and managing documentation and deliverables to ensure compliance and timely approvals.
  • Organising governance forums, including preparing agendas and capturing meeting outcomes.
  • Assisting with procurement tasks such as raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
  • Supporting financial reporting and tracking using systems like TechnologyOne or similar.

Skills Required:

  • Background in coordinating digital or IT projects and programs.
  • Solid grasp of governance and assurance practices.
  • Strong attention to detail in managing project documentation.
  • Experience facilitating meetings and producing clear, concise records.
  • Familiarity with procurement and financial systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Exposure to Salesforce Experience Cloud.
  • Experience working in government or regulatory environments.
