We are currently seeking a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Cleaning Staff to join our housekeeping team Talent Pool. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the facility, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ​Perform daily cleaning of resident rooms, communal areas, bathrooms, dining rooms, and staff areas
  • Follow infection control procedures and adhere to aged care cleaning standards
  • Manage and safely handle cleaning products and equipment
  • Work respectfully and discreetly around elderly residents
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and needs

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience (experience in aged care, healthcare, or hospitality environments is highly regarded)
  • Understanding of infection control protocols and safe chemical use
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and respectful approach to working with elderly residents
  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
