Troocoo is proud to be partnering with a trusted organisation to recruit an experienced Procurement Sourcing Officer for a 12-month contract. This role offers strong potential for extension or transition to permanency.

As Procurement Sourcing Officer, you will play a key role in developing and executing sourcing strategies across a diverse range of categories, ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance frameworks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver sourcing activitacross a variety of categories and project-based procurement.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive supplier performance improvements.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and meet procurement needs.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure commercial outcomes are achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance and procurement frameworks.

Skills and Experience: 

  • Proven experience in a Sourcing Officer or similar procurement officer  or senior purchasing role.
  • An understanding of sourcing both Goods and Services.
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
