We're looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our growing Gardening crew at Freshaddress. If you take pride in your work, enjoy leading a team, and love transforming outdoor spaces — this role is for you

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and support a small team on garden maintenance and landscaping jobs

  • Organise daily tasks and ensure high-quality results

  • Carry out hands-on gardening, mowing, pruning, planting, and mulching

  • Promote safe work practices and team efficiency

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in garden maintenance or landscaping

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Reliable, organised, and proactive attitude

  • Current driver's licence (experience towing a trailer a bonus)

  • White Card and horticulture qualifications (advantageous, not essential)
