The Opportunity

Join the growing team at Believe in Beautiful as a Clinic Manager at one of our Brisbane clinics.

In this leadership role you'll oversee daily operations, support and inspire your team, and providing exceptional beauty and self-care services to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth workflows, exceptional client experiences, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Lead, motivate, and support beauty therapists to achieve performance and customer service goals.
  • Manage bookings, stock control, and client relationships to ensure efficiency and product availability.
  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards across the clinic.
  • Drive clinic performance through effective sales, marketing, and client retention initiatives.
  • Manage and resolve client complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and supportive team culture through communication, training, and feedback.

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant qualification in Beauty Therapy or a related field
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best
  • Availability between Monday to Saturday
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Excellent time management, leadership and organisational skills
  • Sound understanding of beauty treatments, retail sales, and clinic operations.
  • A positive, friendly and proactive attitude
  • Previous experience in a management or senior therapist role within a beauty or wellness environment is preferred.
