Business Broker Associate
who's ambitious, coachable, and driven to deliver real results.
You'll work directly with business owners, entrepreneurs, investors, and buyers to facilitate business sales, mergers, and acquisitions. If you're looking to fast-track your career in business sales and M&A within a top-tier boutique, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct preliminary assessments and business profiling
- Guide business owners through the process of preparing to sell, merge, or acquire
- Handle buyer and seller communications with commercial acumen
- Assess and communicate market value through comparative and financial analysis
- Manage CRM leads, listings, and deal flow stages using modern digital tools
- Collaborate with internal and external professionals (accountants, solicitors, advisers)
Qualifications
- Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) – Required (or higher)
- Qualifications in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law – Desirable
Experience and Skills
- Experience in business valuation, business sales, or commercial property (preferred)
- Understanding of financial statements, SDE/EBITDA/PE multiples
- Confident communicator and persuasive closer with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and self-management capabilities
- Technologically fluent – CRM, cloud-based systems, video conferencing, digital marketing
- Prior experience in SME transactions, M&A, or commercial real estate is a strong plus
