AUD 80,000 per annum + AUD 3,000–4,000 monthly incentives

Role Overview

We are seeking a
compassionate and knowledgeable Education Counselor
to join our Melbourne team. In this role, you will guide students and their families through course selections, application processes, and education pathways to help them achieve their
academic and career goals
.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide
  one-on-one counseling
  to students and families on study options, course selection, and institutions.
• Assess student needs, aspirations, and qualifications to recommend
  suitable pathways
  .
• Assist with
  application processes, documentation, and communication
  with institutions.
• Stay updated on
  admission requirements, visa processes, and scholarships
  .
• Maintain accurate records in
  CRM systems
  .
• Represent CECA in
  seminars, workshops, and promotional events
  in Melbourne and surrounding regions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and institutions to deliver
  tailored study and migration solutions
  .

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of
  onshore experience as an Education Counselor
  in the Australian education sector.
• Strong knowledge of
  Australian education systems and international student visa requirements
  .
• Excellent
  communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
  .
• Proficiency in
  CRM software, Microsoft Office
  , and other relevant tools.
• Passionate about
  student success and career growth
  .
