Position Summary:

• Join our Ladies and Gentlemen in preparing and executing banquet service with precision and care
• Assist in the setup and organization of food preparation for a variety of event types
• Prepare and plate dishes in alignment with event requirements and guest expectations
• Maintain a clean, well-organized section to support seamless banquet operations
• Support the culinary team in delivering high-quality food consistently and efficiently
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and brand standards at all times

About You:

• Completion of a Commercial Cookery Qualification or equivalent
• Experience in banquet or high-volume event environments preferred
• Passionate about culinary excellence and delivering refined service
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• Holds full working rights in Australia (required)
• Eager to grow within a world-class culinary team
• Brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence
