Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Education Agent based on-site in Adelaide, SA. The Education Agent will be responsible for providing educational advice and support, communicating effectively with clients, and assisting them throughout the educational aspect of their Australian journey. This includes offering guidance on education options and providers. The Education Agent will also handle customer service queries and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Education Agent registration
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience as an education agent
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Familiarity with the Australian education system
