About The Role
We have a permanent opportunity in Cobden, Victoria. As our
Production Coordinator
, you'll play a key role in site planning, production scheduling, and freight coordination. You'll also lead and develop high-performing teams, driving a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily production and delivery planning
  • Team training and engagement
  • Shift and overtime management
  • Manufacturing process improvements
  • Monitoring plant performance
  • Ensuring compliance with GMP, OH&S, HACCP & FeedSafe standards

About You
You bring solid manufacturing experience, strong leadership, and a proactive, safety-first mindset. You're a clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving results

Your Qualifications & Experience

  • Certificate in Manufacturing (Diploma desirable)
  • Certificate III/IV in Feed Milling (desirable)
  • HACCP, ISO, COR certifications
  • 3+ years in manufacturing management
  • Experience in production planning, team leadership, and compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SA
