This hands-on, fast-paced role will see you work side-by-side with the Packaged Product Manager, taking the lead on key sales and admin coordination tasks that keep product moving and customers smiling. From order entry to transport bookings and customer calls, you’ll be the admin engine room behind one of the most critical parts of our business.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Manage packaged product orders across multiple sites
- Coordinate transport logistics and communicate with carriers
- Be the go-to contact for stores and suppliers
- Keep customer records up to date and respond to inbound queries
- Support pricing, invoicing, and monthly reporting activities
- Assist with events, promotions, newsletters, and sales programs
- Keep things humming with top-notch organisational skills and attention to detail

**Who You’ll Work With**

You’ll collaborate closely with the Sales Teams, Site Managers, Mill Operators, Drivers and our external customer network. You’ll also liaise with external packing companies and transport providers.

**You’ll Be Great at This Role If You Have**:

- Experience in admin, sales support, or coordination
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- A proactive, team-first attitude with a keen eye for detail
- Microsoft Office know-how (Excel, Word) and CRM experience
- A current driver’s licence (you may be asked to travel between sites)
