Commencing in January 2026, the Planning and Inventory Coordinator reports directly to a General Manager and is based in a state-of-the-art facility in Yatala.

Taking ownership of inventory processes to optimise stock levels to meet demand and driving cost and production scheduling efficiency, this role is instrumental to the ongoing success of our business as we expand into new overseas markets.

What you'll do:

  • Track and monitor inventory across our sites in Australia, the USA and Europe.
  • Lead cycle counts, stocktakes and stock transfers.
  • Oversee raw material purchasing, reorder levels and stock health indicators.
  • Monitor production costs and identify key cost drivers.
  • Provide product forecasting and production scheduling.
  • Maintain and align Bills of Materials (BOMs), SKUs, and consumption data.
  • Generate reporting, data and insights to support budgeting, pricing, margin reviews.
  • Develop MRP settings, warehouse layouts, and data management.
  • Schedule transport and logistics.
  • Provide support to the Customer Service team as required.

About you:

As a key collaborator and strategic thinker, you'll be adept at balancing inventory control with operational support in a busy manufacturing environment with the demonstrable ability to develop our MRP (SAP) module.

What you'll have:

  • Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory control (preferably within a manufacturing environment).
  • Experience using ERP and MRP systems.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • An organised approach to your work, a high level of attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
  • An excellent work ethic; you're reliable, committed and focussed.
