Responsibilities and goals you'll own:

● Working as part of the Oricom team to provide excellent customer service.

● Respond to and resolve customer queries including troubleshooting through phone, email and repairs quickly and effectively.

● Assist in troubleshooting and testing product, recording findings in database and actioning accordingly.

● Work closely with the warehouse to meet customer needs.

● Resolving customer's needs through effective questioning & active listening skills whilst ensuring they have a positive expereince.

Experience and requirements:

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Ability to solve problems logically and critically.

● 2+ years Experience favourable, ideally within a call centre or customer support environment. Supporting connected devices and automotive products highly regarded.

● Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills.

● Experience with supporting and testing electronic devices.

● Competency in Microsoft office and general computer skills, technologically-savvy.
