The Role

We are looking for a Relationship Manager, to join our Customer Success Team, reporting to Head of Customer Success. The Relationship Manager (RM) is a strategic partner to investment advisers, driving long-term engagement and success with our wealth management platform. The RM provides high-touch support, delivering training, sharing insights on technology updates, and aligning platform capabilities with advisers' business objectives. This role requires deep industry knowledge, relationship-building expertise, and a proactive approach to maximise adviser retention, platform adoption, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The Relationship Manager role core objectives will include;

· Build and maintain strong relationships with advisers, acting as their trusted partner to support their business growth and utilisation of our products and services.

· Deliver tailored training sessions (in-person or virtual) on platform features, new technology releases, and regulatory changes.

· Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance regarding the service level agreement, discuss business goals and identify opportunities for service optimisation and enhanced adoption.

· Encourage and contribute innovative and creative ideas and improvements.

· Act as an escalation point for AMs.

· Analyse data to identify trends regarding support items to identify issues, dealer groups, training opportunities.

· Identify service usage measures across clients to identify opportunities for broader and deeper uptake of our services.

· Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products to existing clients, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns.

· Gather adviser feedback on platform functionality and share insights with product teams to influence development roadmaps.

· Use analytics to identify advisers at risk of churn or underutilising features, implementing targeted engagement plans.

· Work closely with Account Managers to align strategic and operational support, and collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to enhance adviser experiences.

· Stay informed on wealth management trends, regulatory changes, and competitive platforms to provide advisers with relevant insights.

Qualifications


• Degree level (desirable but not essential)

Experience

3 years Relationship Management experience, preferably within wealth management (investment management, investment platforms, financial advice, stockbroking)

Knowledge

Wealth management industry landscape.
