Capers Early Learning Samford is seeking passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teachers, Lead Educators and Assistant Educators to join our beautiful growing centre.

The Job:

  • Support children's learning through play-based and outdoor experiences
  • Lead and contribute to our Nature Play Philosophy
  • Collaborate with families and educators to create a warm, inclusive environment
  • Be reflective, intentional, and innovative in your practice.
  • Lead and support our Indoor/Outdoor Program.

You Will Need:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (or working towards) or a Cert III
  • Demonstrated experience in or passion for nature-based learning
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A current QLD Working with Children Blue Card
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
