Job Description:

As a sales and marketing administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations within our office. Your responsibilities will include managing listings, coordinating client communications, and assisting with various marketing tasks to enhance the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and management of property listings and marketing materials.

  • Coordinate communication between agents, clients, and other stakeholders.

  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client and property information.

  • Organise marketing campaigns and intitatives for the agents and the office and the printing and delivery of these.

  • Manage social media channels.

  • Handle enquiries from clients and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administration is preferred.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.

  • A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
