I need store manager, with good skill english language and full time basis with atleast three years experinced in any retail store with following description..

**Recruit, hire, train and develop the inside sales team and store staff with focus on providing excellent customer service and solid selling skills.**

**Promote the sales of replacement components and aftermarket products to dealer, contractors.**

**Own the business in local market and deliver results on established sales, growth and profitability goals.**

**Maintain a customer ready, professionally merchandised showroom.**

**Coordinate with transportation for daily fresh food.**

**Prioritize and promote an ongoing environmental, health and safety program.**

**Building and maintaining good relationship with customers.**

**Managed the cash register, the suppliers and the inventory for store activities.**

**Salary**: $46,261.53 - $75,179.88 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gungahlin, ACT 2912: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 3 years (required)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
