**About the role**
Mathnasium is expanding in Australia and is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to oversee centre operations, work with students and parents and manage a team of Instructors at our centre in Gungahlin.

This is a full-time role with extensive training provided with the potential promotion to Centre Manager within 6-9 months.

**Duties include**:

- Day-to-day operations and manage all aspects of the centre
- Screen, hire, train, motivate and develop instructors for maximum student engagement and efficiency
- Manage a team of Instructors to deliver instruction that aligns with Mathnasium Methodology
- Successfully sell the Mathnasium program, build relationships with parents, and achieve optimal customer satisfaction
- Administer Mathnasium curriculum through the student assessment and diagnosis, development of learning plans and documentation of progress

**Skills and experience**
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
- Experience with sales and marketing is highly desirable
- Must be extremely passionate about teaching and interacting with students and parents
- Proven leadership skills and experience in a management or supervisory role
- Must have strong mathematics skills through primary and secondary levels
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) required
