Job Opportunity: Mobile Phone Repair Specialist & Sales Representative

We're seeking an experienced mobile phone repair specialist capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Victoria's largest phone repair companies.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Proven expertise in product sales, understanding customer needs, and upselling.
  • Proficiency in repairing tablets, iPads, Samsung phones, and iPhones.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and make quick decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player who demonstrates accountability and shares responsibilities effectively.
  • Flexibility with scheduling to meet business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Full-time availability with a strong record of punctuality.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations as needed.
  • Adaptability with your work schedule, which will be determined based on company requirements.

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate ranging from $25 to $32 (plus super), depending on skills and experience.
  • Additional commission for meeting KPIs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
