Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mobile Phone Technician and Sales Executive located in Narre Warren, VIC. The role involves diagnosing and repairing various mobile devices, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting technical issues. Additionally, the role includes providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries, and advising them on the best accessories for their devices. The role also involves training customers on using their devices and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Maintenance & Repair, Troubleshooting, and Preventive Maintenance
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Ability to train customers on device usage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Technical certification or relevant experience in mobile device repair is a plus
