Casual Commercial Cleaner – High Security Site (Macquarie Park, Sydney)

We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Cleaner to join our team on a secure site in Sydney's Macquarie Park. This is a casual role (approx. 30 hours per week) with the potential to grow into a permanent full-time position in mid-2026 for the right candidate. Mature aged workers are encoraged to apply.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of a high-security, mission-critical environment. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and in a team, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our valued clients.

Duties include:

  • General commercial cleaning of technical and office environments (scrubbing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming).
  • Ancillary cleaning tasks such as toilets, kitchens, and replenishing consumables.
  • Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in designated areas.
  • Adhering to site safety, security, and operational requirements.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be an Australian Citizen (essential – due to Federal Government security requirements).
  • Have at least 3 years commercial cleaning experience.
  • Possess excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Be punctual, reliable, responsible, and customer focused.
  • Be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
  • Pass a Police background check and obtain high-level security clearance.
  • Hold a current valid Australian driver's licence (advantageous, not essential).
