Bond Cleaning Trainer – Central Australia (Contract or Casual Employment)

We're seeking an experienced Bond Cleaning Trainer to join our team in Central Australia.

This flexible role can be offered as either a contract position (ABN) or casual employment, depending on your preference.

You'll be responsible for training newly hired supervisors in professional bond cleaning methods, standards, and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver hands-on training in all areas of bond and end-of-lease cleaning.
  • Demonstrate correct PPE use and safe chemical handling, and time-efficient clenaing methods.
  • Share expertise in cleaning for hard water environments, such as Alice Springs.

Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive bond cleaning experience (essential).
  • Highly desirable: experience working in hard water areas.
  • Strong knowledge of all cleaning types — kitchens, ovens, bathrooms, floors, glass, and detail cleans.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Ability to work independently and leading small groups.
