Embark on a rewarding journey as a Lead Educator for our under 2-year-old classroom at Niño ELA Montmorency, where you will:

  • Be responsible for the guidance/support/direction and supervision of staff, students and volunteers working within the centre.
  • To promote a positive work environment and relationships with parents and staff .
  • Develop the Children's Program (reflecting Early Years Learning Framework guidelines).
  • Maintain compliance with the OH&S Policy and ensure a safe environment is maintained for Children and staff.

A compassionate and inspiring member of Niño ELA will have:

  • Qualified in Early Childhood Education
  • At least 2 years experience as a Room Leader in the nursery or toddler age group
  • Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Current First Aid and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
  • Current Working with Children's Check
