At Eden Academy Pakenham, we are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.

Operating from 7:00am to 6:30pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 110 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

We're on the lookout for our next wonderful Lead Educator — someone who's ready to sprinkle joy, imagination, and a whole lot of heart into our Kindy rooms

If you've recently graduated with your Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, this could be the perfect place to start your journey. Recent graduates — we'd absolutely love to hear from you

You'll have the chance to float between our lively 3 and 4 year old Kinder rooms, sharing in the giggles, stories, and learning moments each day brings. It's a truly magical opportunity to gain hands-on experience and prepare yourself to confidently lead your very own Kindy room in the future.

About You – Our Ideal Lead Educator

  • Passionate about early education, with experience delivering high-quality care and learning
  • Thrives in inclusive, nurturing environments where every child feels seen and supported
  • Committed to empowering children to grow as independent, curious, and resilient learners
  • Brings a strong focus on school readiness, guiding little learners with care and intention
  • Designs engaging programs and fosters meaningful, thought-provoking conversations
  • Inspires a lifelong love of learning and helps lay the foundation for future success

What You'll Bring:

  • A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Full Australian working rights
  • A professional, polished presence and warm approach
  • A natural curiosity and confidence when connecting with families and the local community
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver inspiring Kindergarten programs with heart and intention
  • Full availability to work Monday to Friday
  • Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
