About the Role:

I'm looking for an enthusiastic and passionate tennis coach to join my coaching business in North Sydney. The role involves instructing beginner adult players, assessing and improving technique, and creating a fun, encouraging atmosphere. You'll be assisting with group beginner classes and/or taking private lessons, depending on experience and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach beginner adults in group classes, focusing on technique, consistency, and game fundamentals.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching for private lessons (if experienced).
  • Assess players' skills and tailor lessons to their needs.
  • Create a fun and supportive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with players to ensure a great coaching experience.

About You:

  • Passionate about tennis and helping others improve.
  • Enthusiastic, patient, and able to make learning enjoyable.
  • Coaching experience is ideal, especially with beginner adults, but all levels of experience will be considered.
  • Reliable and professional, with strong communication skills.
