Join a leading national healthcare organisation undertaking a major digital transformation initiative. This is a unique opportunity to help design and deliver a new digital platform from the ground up - one that will transform how consumers and providers access and manage health services.

As a Business Analyst reporting to the Product Delivery Lead, you'll play a key role in defining business processes, mapping user journeys, and translating clinical and operational needs into clear functional requirements. You'll collaborate closely with delivery partners, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure that every feature built adds value and aligns with the program's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery workshops and gather business and clinical requirements across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Map current and future-state workflows, user journeys, and process models
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with product, design, and technical teams to validate feasibility and ensure business alignment
  • Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery prioritisation within an agile framework
  • Work closely with the testing and change teams to ensure requirements are met and well communicated
  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and handover activities across delivery phases

About You

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within digital, technology, or transformation programs
  • Proven ability to define and document business requirements and workflows in complex environments
  • Experience working in agile delivery environments with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, able to bridge business and technical perspectives
  • Background in healthcare, insurance, or other service-based industries is highly regarded
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure environments is an advantage
  • Comfortable working with external vendors and delivery partners to align requirements and outcomes
