Are you passionate about technology and keen to build a career in business operations? NECA Education and Careers is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Technical Analyst Trainee to join our team while completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business.

As part of our Registered Training Organisation, you'll play a key role in managing scheduling systems and contributing to projects that enhance the online learning experience. You'll collaborate with teachers, team members and other stakeholders to implement strategies that make our Learning Management System (LMS) more engaging and effective.

Location & Hours

This full-time traineeship is based at our Carlton North office, with standard working hours from 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

The appointed candidate is expected to commence in mid-January 2026.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations of class scheduling & timetabling, Online Classroom Systems (Zoom/Teams), and assist with administration of our Learning Management System.
  • Develop and maintain teaching schedules, allocate classrooms, teachers, and resources, and update timetables as required.
  • Perform system maintenance, troubleshoot issues, manage user access, and provide helpdesk support and training.
  • Contribute to creating and maintaining LMS content (e.g., quizzes, guides), enrol students, and support instructional design improvements.
  • Work with learning specialists, instructional designers, and other departments to enhance digital learning tools, processes, and training programs.

About You

  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn – Confident using Microsoft Office and quick to pick up new systems
  • Detail-oriented and organised – You thrive on accuracy and enjoy solving problems
  • A strong communicator and team player – Strong written and verbal communication skills, complemented by a collaborative approach to teamwork. Prior experience in customer service within retail or hospitality settings is highly regarded.
  • Must hold a Victorian Employee Working with Children Check
