We are a well-established landscaping and irrigation company seeking a motivated and organised Administration Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting a busy trade business while working with flexibility and autonomy.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day administration tasks to keep our business running smoothly. A key part of your role will be managing our scheduling and job management system Tradify and speaking to customers over the phone and email.

Your duties will include:

  • Scheduling jobs and creating work orders in Tradify.
  • Preparing and sending invoices.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Liaising with clients and staff to ensure smooth communication.
  • General administration duties to support the team.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Strong administration experience (preferably in a trade, construction, or service-based business).
  • Confidence in using Tradify or similar job management platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and written).
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
