About The Opportunity
South Western Sydney Local Health District is recruiting for an Administration Officer Level 4 to complement and enhance the current Rostering Department.

What You'll Be Doing
The Rostering Support Officer plays a key role within the Rostering Team, contributing to the delivery of a high quality and efficient support service. This position is responsible for providing professional assistance and exceptional customer service to all SWSLHD staff, stakeholders, and service delivery partners.

The Rostering Support Officer is responsible for assisting with the review and verification of roster and payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Duties include supporting the processing of payroll adjustments, preparing reports before and after pay runs, and providing general administrative support. The role works collaboratively with the Rostering Team to help deliver accurate, efficient, and timely pay outcomes.

  • Please outline in detail your knowledge and experience in human resources information, payroll and rostering processes and systems.
  • Please outline your organisational and prioritisation skills to complete tasks within defined timeframes and proven capacity to manage concurrent activities.
  • Please outline in detail with examples your ability to interpret, apply and advise on Awards, Agreements, Policies and Legislation in relation to HR enquiries and conditions of employment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders/customers in providing accurate advice and support.
  • Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
