The way that your role will make an impact at Ubank is:  

• Play a pivotal role in both operational support and enhancement of applications, with particular focus on banking and enterprise applications such as our Core Banking & Payment systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Contact Centre solutions as well as our Lending platform.
• Involve in providing meticulous technical support, maintaining systems, and actively seeking opportunities for improvement by ensuring a holistic approach to system optimization and performance efficacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide essential support and maintenance for applications, including routine updates and patch applications to ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Assist in resolving incidents and problems, participating in change management to minimize service disruptions and maintain system availability.
• Contribute to efforts aimed at enhancing processes and adhering to best practices in maintenance, support, and deployment of applications, aiming for service excellence.
• Help to create and update support documentation and contribute to the knowledge base to facilitate rapid resolution of issues and promote team learning.
• Support interactions with third-party vendors and solution providers to ensure integrated services work seamlessly and meet performance standards.

Your Experience:

• 1+ years of proven experience in providing technical support to Core Banking or Lending or Enterprise applications
• Must have experience in Banking or Financial Services domain with good understanding of lending or banking products
• Must have experience in any IT Service Management tool, preferably Atlassian's suite of products (i.e., Jira Service Management, Confluence, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant ITIL 4 Foundation certification is required, COBIT or CISM is preferable.
