In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for labour hire, apprenticeship and traineeship placements across a variety of industries.

YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL INCLUDE

  • Provide Host employer and client focused recruitment services
  • Advertising vacancies across multiple platforms
  • Conducting candidate screening and managing the selection process
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews
  • Conducting reference checks and pre-employment tasks
  • Facilitating onboarding and induction processes
  • Registering candidates seeking employment and provide accurate, tailored career advice

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong administrative capabilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software programs
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills

DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Personable and approachable, with a genuine interest in helping others succeed
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Adaptable and solutions-focused in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in recruitment, Labour Hire or Group Training (Not essential but would be highly regarded)
