About Quips

Quips is an independent Sydney-born alcohol brand shaking up the drinking scene. We make high-strength, non-carbonated RTD cocktails in pouches and we're growing fast. We're not another seltzer brand; we're building a new category and shaping the future of drinking.

With stockists already across NSW & VIC, major events locked in, and international expansion on the way, we're looking for a high-energy, people-driven sales rep to help us get Quips into more hands across Sydney and beyond.


The Role

As a Quips Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of the brand on the road - driving sales, building relationships with venues, bottle shops, and distributors, and bringing our energy wherever Quips shows up. Think of it as part sales rep, part promoter: you'll make sure Quips isn't just stocked, but loved.


Key Responsibilities

  • Pitching and onboarding new accounts (on the road sales) - a key focus as we scale quickly.
  • Represent Quips with pride across Sydney's bottle shops, venues, bars, and restaurants.
  • Support existing customers with reorders, merchandising, and promotional activity.
  • Win the shelf war - fight for visibility and make Quips impossible to miss.
  • Conduct in-store tastings and represent Quips at events, festivals, and activations.
  • Ensure branding and point-of-sale materials are impactful and visible.
  • Report back market insights on competitors, customers, and trends.

What We're Looking For

  • A natural people-person with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Highly organised - able to manage hundreds of customer contacts, stay on top of follow-ups, and keep pipelines moving.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
  • Adaptable and switched-on - finger on the pulse of culture and trends.
  • Willing to work nights and weekends when required (start-up life moves fast).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn company sales software.
  • Comfortable being on the road.
  • Valid driver's licence
  • RSA or willingness to get RSA

Bonus Points For

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Existing industry connections in beverage or hospitality.
  • Previous sales rep experience, ideally in alcohol.
