We're currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Machine Operators in PE Pipe Extrusion who are interested in joining a reputable and supportive business.

Acu-Tech Piping Systems is a trusted name in the manufacturing and extrusion of polyethylene (PE) piping systems used across critical infrastructure and industrial projects Australia-wide. As we continue to expand in the region, we have vacancies available at our manufacturing facilities in Redbank QLD.

Key Responsibilities:

· Start up, operate and monitor HDPE pipe extrusion lines

· Set up and operate automated coiler machines

· Conduct regular product checks and record accurate measurements and data

· Handle coloured materials for production

· Operate forklifts and Hubtex equipment safely and efficiently

· Troubleshoot faults and adjust machine settings to ensure quality output

· Work on a family friendly rotating shift(8-hour shifts)

· Opportunity for overtime working weekends when required

What We're Looking For:

  • Current Forklift License – essential
  • Current Driver's License – essential
  • 2+ years' experience in HDPE or PVC pipe extrusion
  • Candidates with injection or blow moulding experience will also be considered
  • Demonstrated experience in Workplace Health, Safety & Environment (WHSE) practices
  • Familiarity with AS/NZS4130 manufacturing standards
  • Competence using measuring tools (vernier calipers, micrometers, Pi tapes)
  • Strong mechanical or technical aptitude
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a solid team spirit
  • Ability to learn quickly and understand complex production processes
  • Must be willing to relocate to the Brisbane QLD region
