About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team. This position is key to ensuring the accurate processing of payments, managing accounts receivable, and maintaining reconciliations for a variety of accounts. You will be responsible for processing payments, bank reconciliation, rebates, credit notes, and working closely with our branches to resolve queries and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately post payments to customer accounts and reconcile payments from various sources
  • Reconcile payments and process claims to ensure they are cleared in a timely manner
  • Ensure all online sales payments are applied to the correct customer accounts
  • Communicate effectively with branch staff regarding remits and customer accounts
  • Promptly resolves and queries raised by branch staff and keep them informed
  • Process rebates and credit notes for major accounts and branch rebates
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable Team Leader in completing EOM Procedures in a timely manner
