We have a fantastic opportunity available for a dynamic and experienced mobilisation coordinator to join our team in Kwinana.

The role:

  • Manage all day-to-day planning activities to optimise the allocation and utilisation of labour, resources, and assets
  • Collect, analyse, and review operational data to forecast demand for resource planning, identifying potential shortfalls and strategies to address issues prior to execution
  • Accurate short and long-term forecasting of labour, equipment, and vehicle fleet requirements
  • Maintain and update site induction folders to ensure all personnel hold the correct qualifications, certificates and tickets to comply with site
  • Booking medicals and training as required for site compliance
  • Verification of competency training and site mobilisations/inductions for employees and supplementary contract labour

About you:

  • Previous experience in mobilisation of work teams to client sites
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly develop, establish and sustain solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organisational ability, attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritise work, deliver to tight deadlines and problem solve
  • The ability to administer and maintain information with advanced proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
