The Role
This role focuses on planning, scheduling preventative maintenance activities to minimise downtime and support continuous operations. In this role, you'll work closely with different teams, build strong working relationships, and help the maintenance team meet its key performance targets.
Our Bentley site is where we manufacture and distribute a range of milk and milk-based products, made with fresh milk sourced direct from over 30 farms in the Albany, Harvey and Northcliffe regions of south-western WA. The site currently manufactures in excess of 70 million litres a year including the state's number one flavoured milk product - Masters
Responsibilities
Organise and schedule all maintenance and repair tasks to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime to achieve results and deliver KPI
Manage contractor activities, reporting & documentations, and oversee inductions for site access.
Ensure compliance GMP, HACCP, safety, and environmental regulations.
Support the implementation of the company's long-term asset care and reliability strategy.
Cross-Department Collaboration - communicate planned work with other teams to avoid disruptions and ensure alignment.
About you
Proven experience in manufacturing environment, relevant trade certifications & license
Good understanding of safety work practices (LOTO & permit compliant)
Problem solving skills – process-based decision making and conflict solution
Computer literacy – experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and CMMS systems (MEX preferred)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals and P&ID.
