We are currently looking for an experienced individual who is keen to be part of our maintenance team.

Job Description:

A Handyman or Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing a variety of repair, upkeep, and maintenance tasks across residential, commercial, or hospitality properties. This role ensures that buildings, equipment, and facilities remain safe, functional, and presentable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general repairs on doors, windows, walls, floors, and fixtures
  • Conduct basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
  • Maintain and repair appliances and equipment
  • Paint and patch surfaces as needed
  • Assemble furniture and fittings
  • Inspect and troubleshoot maintenance issues
  • Respond to maintenance requests from staff or tenants
  • Maintain outdoor areas including gardens, paths, and fences
  • Ensure compliance with safety and building standards
  • Keep records of maintenance activities and materials used
