Do you have what it takes to become a Senior Performance Manager?
We're seeking a data-driven professional to support performance improvement across the Novated Leasing & EVS business unit. This role involves analysing trends, identifying root causes, and delivering actionable insights to enhance customer experience, drive growth, and support strategic planning. You'll collaborate across teams, lead projects, develop performance frameworks, and create visual tools to improve decision-making and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use data to identify trends, root causes, and recommend actions across NL & EVS functions (Sales, Settlements, Product, Supply Chain).
- Monitor performance indicators across individuals, teams, and business units to drive improvement.
- Evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate across internal teams to support client growth, retention, and improved customer satisfaction (NPS).
- Develop performance frameworks and assess effectiveness against KPIs and goals.
- Generate regular performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead projects and contribute to transformation initiatives aligned with BU objectives.
- Support strategic planning and development of NLEVS business strategy.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform thought leadership and customer experience improvements.
- Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and visualisation tools to enhance visibility and decision-making.
You are someone who can bring:
- Proven experience in advanced data analytics and insights development to drive business performance.
- Expertise in reporting tools and systems, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong background in communicating with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Minimum 7+ years in data analysis/business performance improvement or 3+ years in management consulting.
- Deep understanding of finance and insurance products, including the sales and qualification process.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with experience in leading project teams and tracking benefits realisation.
