About the Role
We're seeking experienced Kitchen Crew to join the Moonlight Cinema Perth team — bringing skill, passion, and great energy to our outdoor summer season at the iconic Kings Park. This hands-on role is integral to preparing, cooking, and delivering high-quality food to our guests, supporting smooth kitchen operations across the event season. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and contribute to creating memorable guest experiences. Availability for night and weekend work from early December to late March 2026 is required.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, cook, and assemble food items according to recipes and portion controls
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Restock and rotate stock, and assist with prep stations during service
• Support smooth service flow with front-of-house and kitchen teams
• Monitor kitchen equipment and report hazards or issues promptly
Skills & Experience
• Minimum 1 year kitchen experience, preferably in high-volume QSR or event settings
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety
• Trade qualification and Food Safety Supervisor Certification (preferred)
• Team player with strong organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in hospitality, events, or cinema industry
• Valid RSA and Australian work rights (essential)
