Who are we looking for?

Plotlogic is looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and enthusiastic Field Service & Customer Solutions Specialist who shares our vision for the future.

Your role will combine the technical deployment, commissioning, and maintenance of Plotlogic technology on site with a strong focus on customer engagement and business development. You will play a key role not just in delivering the technology, but also in strengthening relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities for further collaboration, and supporting the commercial growth of the business.

You will ideally be based out of Brisbane or Perth with travel to client mine sites throughout Australia with potential for international travel. Other base locations will be considered.

The Roster for this role is 8 days on / 6 days off.

This role will be responsible for:

·       Supervising the deployment, commissioning, and integration of Plotlogic technology on mine sites.

·       Liaising with customers pre-deployment in conjunction with the Solutions and Commercial teams to ensure progress is relayed, expectations managed, and customer deliverables understood.

·       Acting as the on-site customer interface, building trusted relationships and gathering feedback to inform product improvements and commercial opportunities.

·       Identifying and escalating business development opportunities through on-site interactions, feeding into account growth and solution expansion.

·       Supporting planning for deployments by liaising with appropriate internal teams.

·       Delivering training and demonstrations to client teams, showcasing value and unlocking potential for wider adoption.

·       Communicating progress to stakeholders throughout deployment and final acceptance.

·       Preparing thorough reports (deployment, defect, daily, and results reporting).

·       Maintaining safe work practices and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety requirements.

·       Maintaining and repairing field equipment as required.

·       Providing remote operational support via relevant channels.

To be successful in this role you will have:

·       Previous field service or technical deployment experience, ideally in mining or heavy industry.

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers at all levels.

·       A customer-first mindset, with demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for value creation and business development.

·       Knowledge of mining operations and familiarity with safety procedures.

·       Ability to co-ordinate small teams (2+ people).

·       A trade background or exposure to engineering disciplines is desirable.

·       Demonstrated ability to follow defined processes and procedures while being proactive in solving problems.

·       Ability to pass pre-employment and periodic medical and police checks.

·       Current passport with at least 6 months validity.
