Based in our Cronulla office, this is a great opportunity for an experienced
Payroll Specialist
to join a reputable and supportive organisation. You'll play a key role in managing payroll for our expanding team and providing essential support to our Accounts Department in a friendly, professional environment.

This part-time position offers approximately
20-25 hours per week
, ideally spread across
4-5 hours per day, Monday to Friday
. We are flexible and happy to discuss what works best.

Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Accounts Officer and CFO, your role will include:

  • End-to-end payroll processing for 150+ employees
  • Managing superannuation, employee entitlements and ensuring payroll compliance
  • Processing commissions and bonus calculations for sales agents
  • Accounts payable and receivable support
  • Bank and financial account reconciliations
  • Maintaining accurate financial records, ledgers and reporting

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years' experience in a payroll specialist or payroll-focused position
  • Proven experience managing payroll for 150+ staff
  • Experience using MYOB, ADP Payroll and Xero
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and reliability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Real estate experience helpful but not essential
